About Bartlett IL Home Remodeling Contractor

Experienced Custom home builder and remodeling contractor, Rosseland Construction of Bartlett has been building new homes and remodeling in the Chicago area for over 15 years. Chris Rosseland started his building career as a carpenter in Chicago in 1985. During this time he worked on all types of residential and commercial projects and eventually moved into project management with a high-end residential developer.

Chris received his Construction Management Certificate from a Northern Illinois University sponsored program in conjunction with the National Home Builder's Association and the Residential Employers Council of Chicago.

By attending the International Builders Convention and participating in educational seminars, Chris has also kept current on emerging construction techniques such as building energy codes, de-construction versus demolition, water and air infiltration, and aging in place design.

Rosseland Construction is a member of the Bartlett Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), and the Better Business Bureau. This dedication has made Chris the quality and conscientious construction professional he is today, as a new construction and remodeling contractor.
